Sigma Customer Support
Shawmut maintains a dedicated staff of technical
support resources to serve customers on current and emerging applications.
The technical service team members have deep materials
engineering, textile lamination and component molding expertise
drawn from years of process development and problem resolution
inside and outside of Shawmut. In addition, every member of the
team has undergone a rigorous Six Sigma Black Belt training program.
The team also has ready access to Shawmut’s full range of
materials engineering resources in foam, textiles, films, adhesives
and non-wovens.
